SHIPPING
Arunashi offers a White Glove Delivery service for all orders. This includes complimentary shipping, enhanced security, careful handling, scheduled delivery, and signature confirmation upon receipt for all orders.
Orders are shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method used at checkout.
Arunashi ships domestically within the United States and cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Once a package has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. At Arunashi, each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our atelier.
We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives. If you believe your item has arrived damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs at: hello@arunashi.com
PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party providers.
By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method.
Taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING & ORDERS
Product Availability: We do our best to keep our inventory accurate and up to date, however availability cannot always be guaranteed. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited editions, an item may occasionally sell out before the website reflects the change. In which case our team will contact you with an update.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, our team will contact you directly with an updated delivery timeframe or next steps.
Pricing: Prices are listed in US$ and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. If you need your order sooner, please email us at hello@arunashi.com.
Order Acceptance & Account Verification: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We retain the right to decline, restrict, or cancel purchases at our discretion. Limitations may apply to quantities ordered by an individual, household, or single transaction, including orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or delivery address. Should an order require adjustment or cancellation, we may contact you using the email address, phone number, or billing details submitted at checkout. We also reserve the right to decline transactions that appear to be placed for resale or commercial distribution.
In certain situations, identity verification may be requested before an order is finalized or released for shipment. Verification methods may include a copy of a valid government issued identification, participation in a live video verification, submission of a photograph, or confirmation through an approved third party identity service.
You are responsible for ensuring that all purchase and account information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to maintain and update your details, including contact information and payment credentials, so that transactions can be processed smoothly and communication can occur when necessary.
Custom Orders: For custom or personalized jewelry, all sales are final.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident and excited about the piece you choose. If you have any questions about an item, we encourage you to reach out to our team before completing your purchase — we’re always happy to help and make sure you find the right piece.
We are happy to provide additional details, images, or guidance to ensure the piece is exactly what you expect.
Each return request is handled with care and consideration. To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with the reason for the request along with clear images of the piece. Our team will review each inquiry on a case by case basis and guide you through the next steps.
All approved returns are issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not include the original shipping charges.
All jewelry should be returned in its original packaging. Our team will work with you to coordinate the appropriate shipping method based on the value of the piece.
Orders that include customization, special sizing, engraving, or bespoke elements are considered final sale.
